Killer Eggnog
I served this at a Christmas party for friends who were flying to Hawaii at midnight…they were still wobbling when they got off the plane!! Drink responsibly!!

How to:

Separate eggs. In a large punch bowl, beat yolks until lemon coloured and thick. Slowly add rum, brandy and light cream. Beat to blend and refrigerate one hour to overnight to allow egg to mellow.

At party time, beat egg whites until stiff. Beat 3C whipping cream in a large bowl, then gently fold in egg whites. Add to egg yolk mixture in punch bowl and mix gently. Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top for decoration.
