Cheesy Italian Jalapeño Poppers
These may be small, but they pack a wallop!! Have lots of beer on hand to cool the palate! Not for the faint of heart!

Preheat oven to 375˚.

In a skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat until cooked, about 15 minutes. Drain fat and set aside in a mixing bowl. Add all cheeses, onion, sour cream, egg, Tabasco, salt and pepper. Mix until well blended. Stuff into the peppers and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown - about 30 minutes.
