Cook Time: 8 - 10 Hours
Put potatoes in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle with flour and toss to coat. Scatter bacon bits, red onion, garlic, chicken bouillon, ranch dressing mix, parsley, seasoned salt, and black pepper. Add water. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Pour in half and half and cook another 15 minutes.
Serve, garnished with cheddar cheese and green onion.
